Returns
Policy: Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible.
